Botanicals: Juniper, honeysuckle, cassia, lemon balm, angelica, lemon, orange, cardamom, grapefruit, chamomile, orris root, ground liquorice, rosehip, almond meal, lemon verbena, and coriander.

Tasting Notes: Fragrant floral and rich juniper tones come through on the nose and are joined by touches of citrus on the palate. Chamomile and lemon verbena come through toward the finish, which is long and elegant and bursting with honeysuckle.

Perfect G&T: Serve this gin with Three Cents Tonic, garnished with grapefruit and allspice.
