Origin: Palma, Mallorca
Botanicals: Mallorcan juniper, lavender, tomato branches, almond flowers, orange leaves, lemon peel, lime peel, coriander, rhubarb root, orris root, liquorice root, cassia bark, angelica root, and cardamom pods.
Tasting Notes: On the nose, find an inviting mix of rich juniper, fragrant orange and lavender. The palate is bright with bursts of citrus that are elegant and have a subtle sweetness. The finish is long and earthy, with moreish hints of spice throughout.
