Craft Gin Club’s October 2023 Gin of the Month, our very first gin from Mexico! Condesa Sahumerio is a reflection of what makes Mexico City great. Using botanicals that are steeped in ritual, Condesa is on the cutting-edge of Mexican hospitality and cocktail culture.

From Mexico, this delicious gin is brimming with juniper, sustainably harvested Mexican copal bark, Aztec marigold flower, bitter orange peel, wormwood, black pepper, sandalwood, allspice and coriander seeds.

Upon unbottling you’re met with beautifully perfumed notes underpinned by juniper, followed by a pepperiness on the palate that gives a well-balanced complexion of spicy and smoky. Hints of Aztec marigold intrigue the senses for a mysterious finish.

How to make a Margarita Cocktail

  • 50ml Condesa Gin Sahumerio
  • 25ml Margarita cocktail syrup
  • 25ml Karma Orangeade
  • Lime wheel to garnish

1. Add your gin, syrup and a squeeze of lime (if using) to a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake and strain into your rimmed glass.
3. Top with orangeade and garnish with a lime wheel to serve. Enjoy!
