What makes this Gin special

Origin: Isle of Harris, Scotland
Botanicals: Juniper, sugar kelp, liquorice root, coriander seed, orris root, cubeb pepper, cassia bark, bitter orange peel and angelica root.
 

Tasting Notes: The nose is a medley of complex citrus, floral and berry tones, all atop a base of rich juniper and hints of spice. On the smooth palate, those flavours develop and are joined by touches of green herb and a delicious minerality. The finish is long, clean and delectably mellow, with a warming kiss of black pepper.
 

Perfect G&T: Serve with a premium tonic and garnish with slices of fresh grapefruit.
