Botanicals: Juniper, elderflower, rosemary, pink grapefruit peel, British coriander seed, orris root, lemon peel and lemon thyme.

Tasting Notes: The nose is a symphony of juniper, herb and fresh citrus notes. They continue onto the palate where a floral touch of elderflower and a burst of pink grapefruit are joined by lemon thyme and rosemary. Sweeter citrus flavours come through on the long and moreish finish.

Perfect G&T: Serve with Coast British Tonic and garnish with dried grapefruit slices and cardamom pods.
