Origin: Manchester, England
Botanicals: Juniper, elderflower, hibiscus, coriander seeds, angelica root, fresh lemon, fresh grapefruit, dandelion root, burdock root, almond and savoury.
Tasting Notes: On the nose, rich juniper and a fragrant mix of elderflower and hibiscus come though. They are then joined by touches of citrus and delectably complex earthy, herbaceous tones on the palate. The finish is long and elegant and bright, with hints of almond.
Perfect G&T: Serve with a premium Indian tonic and garnish with fresh lemon or lime.
