Craft Gin Club’s July 2024 Gin of the Month, this stunning London Dry comes from the team at the iconic Café Del Mar bar on the island of Ibiza. Bursting with luscious blood orange, hibiscus and rose tones, it’s a remarkable expression of that beautiful Balearic island.

What makes this Gin special

Origin: Ibiza
Botanicals: Juniper, rose, blood orange, hibiscus, orris root, lemon, and cinnamon.

Tasting Notes: Warm and bright blood orange citrus tones lead in the nose, with a rich base of juniper adding layers of complexity. On the palate, those juicy citrus flavours are joined by fragrant floral touches of tangy hibiscus and marvellously mellow rose. The finish is long and elegant in all the right places.

Perfect G&T: Serve with Fentimans Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water and garnish with grapefruit slices.
