Method

  • 50ml Gin
  • 20ml Elderflower Syrup
  • 10ml Lime Juice
  • 75ml Apple Juice
  • Cucumber and lime to garnish
  1. Add all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well
  2. Strain into a highball glass over ice and garnish with a cucumber slice and lime wheel.
