Origin: Hensol, South Wales
Botanicals: Juniper Berries, Grains of Paradise, Orris Root, Liquorice Root, Lemon, Sweet Orange Peel, Almond, Cassia Bark, Lavander, Marigold, Jasmine, Blackberries, Muscat, Grapes, Black Cherry
Tasting Notes: Juniper forward, initial notes of sweeter blackberries and black cherry complimented by the final floral aroma of the muscat grapes. The finish is well rounded with citrus and warmth from the cassia bark.
Perfect G&T:
Add lots of ice to your chosen glass
- Pour 50ml of Hensol Castle Black Gin
- Top with Indian tonic
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and a blackberry or two
