Origin: Isle of Wight

Botanicals: Juniper, rock samphire, grains of paradise, Boadicea hops, angelica root, organic lemon zest, elderflower, English coriander, liquorice root and orris root.

Tasting Notes: Fresh strawberries, citrus and juniper come through on the nose and continue onto the palate, where they are joined by touches of spice and fresh sea air. The finish has a wonderful balance of sweet and savoury that is elegant and delectably moreish.

Perfect G&T: Serve with a premium ginger ale or tonic and garnish with fresh strawberries and mint or lime.
