Craft Gin Club’s April 2024 Rum of the Month, this incredible spirit from Warner’s Distillery in Northamptonshire is created using locally sourced dandelion root, citrus peels from a nearby juice factory that would otherwise be thrown away and brown bananas from a local food producer that were unable to be sold. That focus on sustainability and reducing waste has given us a rum of remarkable flavour and quality. It is not to be missed!

What makes this Rum special

Tasting Notes: Complex grapefruit and orange tones are met by mouthwatering sponge pudding aromas on the nose. On the palate, nutty roast dandelion, warming cinnamon and pink peppercorn come through. The finish is delectably moreish, with hints of banana and vanilla.
