This gorgeous pink craft gin comes from the incredible team at Shivering Mountain Distillery in the Peak District National Park, Derbyshire. They have taken their magnificent Premium Dry Gin, which is inspired by Mam Tor, a regal local mountain that’s also known as the “shivering mountain”, and have added wonderful pink citrus tones that are sure to delight any gin fan.

What makes this Gin special

Origin: Derbyshire, England

Botanicals: Juniper, pink grapefruit, orange, coriander, sloe berries, liquorice, bilberries, angelica root, heather, cardamom and gorse.

Tasting Notes: Light citrus and juniper come through on the nose and continue onto the palate, where they are joined by touches of fruity berry, floral notes and pine. The finish is long and refreshing.

Perfect G&T: This gin is fantastic for cocktails and if just as delicious served with a premium tonic and a slice of fresh pink grapefruit.
