What makes this Gin special

Origin: North Zealand, Denmark

Botanicals: Juniper, orange zest, lemon verbena, lemon zest, orris root, angelica root, coriander and grains of paradise.

Tasting Notes: Complex citrus notes lead on the nose, with a rich touch of juniper. The palate is light, crisp and wonderfully bittersweet. Fragrant citrus tones last long into the elegant finish.

Perfect G&T: Serve this gin with Lixir Pink Grapefruit Tonic and garnish with cinnamon and grapefruit slices.

Method

  • 50ml gin
  • 25ml Gin & Stormy Cocktail Syrup
  • 100ml Ginger Beer
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add your liquid ingredients.
  2. Shake and strain into a tumbler glass filled with ice.
  3. Alternatively, add your liquid ingredients straight to the glass and stir to combine – the only difference will be a delightful layer of foam that shaking creates!
  4. Garnish and serve.
