This craft gin is inspired by their master distiller’s love of the classic Bramble cocktail. It uses black muscat grapes picked from Hensol Castle botanical gardens, perfectly finished with black cherry and blackberries. This classic Juniper-forward gin is fruity and floral and has a surprisingly sweet finish for a dry gin. This is a must-have for any Bramble fan.

Botanicals: Juniper Berries, Grains of Paradise, Orris Root, Liquorice Root, Lemon, Sweet Orange Peel, Almond, Cassia Bark, Lavander, Marigold, Jasmine, Blackberries, Muscat, Grapes, Black Cherry

Tasting Notes: Juniper forward, initial notes of sweeter blackberries and black cherry complimented by the final floral aroma of the muscat grapes. The finish is well rounded with citrus and warmth from the cassia bark.
