Storing at very low temperatures may cause small crystals to appear in the liquid. Crystallisation is a natural occurrence in cold temperatures and is not harmful to you or the taste of your drink but we recommend storage at room temperature.

Get a glass at the ready and create a cocktail in 1, 2, 3:
1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add 25ml Gin Star Martini cocktail syrup, 50ml gin and 100ml Mango & Passion Fruit juice.
3. Shake and pour.

How to make a Gin Star Martini

Ingredients

Gin Star Martini Cocktail Syrup

500ml

Method

50ml Cotswolds Dry Gin The Cloudy Christmas Gin
25ml Gin Star Martini Cocktail Syrup
75ml CRAFTED Mango & Passion Fruit Juice
50ml Cava

Add the cocktail syrup, gin and tropical or passion fruit juice to a shaker, along with plenty of ice cubes. Shake vigorously.
Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
Garnish with a slice of passion fruit or lime.
Serve with a shot of sparkling wine on the side.

No shaker? No problem! Just mix all your ingredients in a separate glass, with ice, before straining into your cocktail glass.
