What makes this Syrup special

Craft Gin Club’s Biscuit Bliss Recipe
Ingredients
50ml craft gin or rum
25ml Biscuit Bliss Cocktail Syrup
125ml milk
Speculoos biscuit, to garnish

Method 
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake well. Strain into a goblet or coupe, garnish with a speculoos biscuit and enjoy!
