Method

  • 50ml La Distillerie de Monaco Gin 
  • 25ml Race Car Cocktail Syrup
  • 100ml Spuma Polara
  • Lemon slice or orange wedge, to garnish
  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice and add your gin and syrup.
  2. Give it a little stir then top up with the Spuma Polara.
  3. Garnish with an orange wedge or lemon slice and serve.
