Ninefold Celestial Spiced Rum

The star of Craft Gin Club’s very first Rum Box, this special craft rum comes from Dumfries & Galloway, Scotland, and is spiced with cinnamon, cardamom, clove, allspice and kumquat. Double pot-distilled, this is a wonderfully complex and rich rum that is not to be missed by any rum fan.

The nose is a symphony of caramel, citrus and spice notes. On the palate, citrus tones come through and lead into the long and sweet finish.

This rum is fantastic with Artisan Drinks Barrel Smoked Cola, garnished with lime. It is also great in rum cocktails!

How to make a Paradise Punch Cocktail

  • 50ml Ninefold Celestial Spiced Rum
  • 25ml Paradise Punch Cocktail Syrup
  • 100ml London Essence Co. Roasted Pineapple Crafted Soda
  • 2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters (optional)
  • Pineapple and mint to garnish

1. Fill a rocks glass with ice and add your rum, cocktail syrup and soda.
2. Stir to combine and chill, then add a few dashes of Angostura bitters as desired.
3. Garnish and enjoy!
