Craft Gin Club’s May 2023 Gin of the Month, WhataHoot Hushwing Gin was distilled especially for Craft Gin Club members. Made with a medley of citrus botanicals and Norfolk samphire, it’s a wonderful expression of its home in King’s Lynn. It is a truly special tipple!
From Norfolk, England, this gorgeous gin is brimming with juniper, pink peppercorn, grapefruit peel, bitter orange peel, angelica, liquorice root, cassia bark, orris root and Norfolk sea samphire botanicals.
On the nose, bright citrus tones are met by rich juniper. On the palate, a warming spice comes through and a savoury hint of samphire. The finish is long and complex and elegant
1. Ensure the syrup and Belvoir Farm Sparkling Elderflower are ice-cold from the fridge before pouring.
2. Add your gin and syrup to a Champagne flute and slowly pour the Belvoir Farm Sparkling Elderflower over the top.
3. If you wish, stir to combine. Garnish to serve.
