Graveney Festive Fayre

Craft Gin Club December 2022 Gin of the Month, this fabulously festive tipple from Graveney Gin in Tooting, south London, is inspired by the festive foods and carollers of Tooting Market at Christmas. It has a merry mix of cranberry, clementine and spice flavours that are simply divine.

Featuring juniper, orange, cranberry, clementine, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, angelica root and orris root. The spirit of Christmas in London, captured in liquid form!

The nose has inviting hints of winter citrus and festive spice tones. On the palate, they are joined by rich juniper and together they build to a crescendo of Christmas flavours in the finish.

How to make the Merry Mimosa

  • 25ml Graveney Festive Fayre
  • 25ml Merry Mimosa Cocktail Syrup
  • 100ml Cawston Press Sparkling Orange
  • Cranberries and rosemary sprig to garnish
  1. Stir the gin and and syrup in a mixing glass with ice to chill.
  2. Strain into a flute glass and top up with Cawston Press Sparkling Orange
  3. Garnish and serve.
