How to make a Cupid's Kiss Cocktail

  • 50ml Batch Roses are Red Valentine's gin
  • 30ml elderflower liqueur
  • 15ml lime juice
  • Top up with prosecco 
  • Fig to garnish
1. Add the gin, elderflower liqueur and lime juice into a cocktail shaker and shake with cubed ice.
2. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass, top up with prosecco and fig to garnish.
