What makes this Gin special

Origin: Barossa Valley, Australia

Botanicals: Juniper, borage, cinnamon, angelica, blue cornflower, coriander seed, liquorice root, orange zest, grapefruit zest, lavender, chamomile, pink peppercorns and elderflower.

Tasting Notes: Delicious citrus and juniper notes caress the nose and continue onto the palate where they are met by mouthwatering floral and herb tones. Orange citrus flavours come through on the finish, which has a subtle, warm sweetness.

Perfect G&T: Serve with Artisan Amalfi Lime Tonic and garnish with cranberries and slices of lime.

Method

  • 50ml Seppeltsfield Rd Distillers House Gin 
  • 100ml Frobisher’s Cranberry
  • 25ml Cosmopoli-gin Syrup
  • Lime slice or a twist of orange peel, to garnish
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add your syrup, gin and cranberry juice.
  2. Shake and strain into a martini glass.
  3. Garnish and serve.
