Origin: Shropshire, England
Botanicals: Juniper, elderflower, chamomile, lemon verbena, angelica root, coriander, orris root and lemon peel.
Tasting Notes: Ultra-smooth and juniper-led, floral notes abound through the nose and a touch of citrus from lemon peel and coriander add a brightness to the palate. The finish is a wonderful meadow of elderflower and chamomile.
Perfect G&T: Serve with a premium tonic water and use pink peppercorns and a slice of grapefruit to garnish.
