Craft Gin Club’s June 2023 Gin of the Month, this stunning craft gin comes to gin fans all the way from Quebec, Canada. Inspired by the sunflower fields of Quebec in summer, it’s a wonderfully bright tipple that is perfect for sipping in the sun. No gin collection would be complete without this rare and beautiful edition!

From Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Canada, this gorgeous gin is brimming with juniper, long pepper, lemon peel, sunflower seed, coriander, peppercorn, angelica root and cassia bark botanicals.

The nose has a delicious pop of citrus and tones of juniper. The palate has layers of citrus and spice that lead into a long finish that’s full of rich, smooth sunflower seed flavours.

How to make a Ray of Sunshine Cocktail Bundle

  • 50ml Distillerie 3 Lacs Lemon Sunflower Gin
  • 25ml Ray of Sunshine Cocktail Syrup
  • 125ml DASH Sparkling Peach
  • Mint or basil to garnish

1. Fill a hurricane glass with ice and add your first three ingredients.
2. Stir to combine and chill, then garnish and serve.
