Craft Gin Club’s September 2023 Gin of the Month, this gorgeous spirit from the amazing team at Roundwood Gin in Cambridgeshire is not to be missed. It has a beautiful medley of autumn fruit, spice and sloeberry tones that are perfect for enjoying around the fire with your gin pals as the nights draw in.

From Cambridgeshire, England, this delicious gin is bursting with juniper, orris root, coriander, lemon, sloe berry, elderflower, orange, peppercorn, nutmeg, black peppercorn, cassia and cardamom botanicals.

On the nose, rich, inviting juniper leads, and is then joined by a wonderfully balanced mix of spice, citrus and autumn fruit flavours on the palate. Sloeberry flavours come through toward the end and last long into the aromatic finish.

How to make a Forest Fruit Fizz Cocktail

  • 50ml Roundwood Fireside Gin
  • 25ml Forest Fruit Fizz Cocktail Syrup
  • 125ml Galipette Cider Brut
  • Blackberries and mint to garnish

1. Add your gin, syrup and cider to a highball glass with ice.
2. Stir and garnish to serve. Enjoy!
