Using locally sourced ingredients, the team has infused this delicious gin with the flavours of spring while also paying homage to their beginnings as local tea room owners using tea from a centuries-old Lincoln tea purveyor.

How to make a Spring Fling Cocktail Bundle

  • 50ml Lincoln Springtide Gin
  • 25ml Spring Fling Cocktail Syrup
  • 100ml Nexba Mixed Berry Kombucha
  • Fresh lime and mint, to garnish

Fill up a highball glass with ice and pour in your gin, cocktail syrup and mixer.

Give a quick stir to combine, then garnish and serve.
