Craft Gin Club’s July 2023 Gin of the Month, this stunning craft gin comes from the shores of Loch Ness in Scotland and is brimming with a rich mix of savoury, floral and citrus tones from unique and delicious botanicals like watercress, eucalyptus, orange blossom and pink peppercorns. It is not to be missed!

From Drumnadrochit, Scotland, this gorgeous gin is brimming with juniper, watercress, orange blossom, pink peppercorn, eucalyptus, coriander, cubeb pepper, angelica, orange zest, orris and liquorice botanicals.

On the nose, rich juniper is joined by juicy orange tones and touches of spice. They continue on the palate, where a peppery kick can be found along with fragrant floral tones which last through to the long and elegant finish.

How to make a Pink Gin Spritz Cocktail

  • 50ml Great Glen Light & Zesty Highland Gin
  • 25ml Pink Gin Spritz Cocktail Syrup
  • 150ml Pink Schweppes Pink Soda
  • Orange and thyme to garnish

1. Fill a wine glass with ice.
2. Add your gin and syrup, then top up with Schweppes Pink Soda.
3. Stir gently to combine, garnish and enjoy. Cheers!
