Junimperium Special Edition Tallinn Dry Gin

This wonderful craft gin from the Junimperium Distillery, awarded IWSC 2022 International Gin Producer, in Tallinn, Estonia, is Craft Gin Club’s October 2022 Gin of the Month. Made especially for Craft Gin Club members, using four different varieties of juniper from across Europe, it’s a remarkable London dry gin that’s sure to impress any gin fan.

Featuring Estonian juniper, Macedonian juniper, Tuscan juniper, Serbian juniper, lemongrass, coriander seed, lime, angelica root, grains of paradise, bitter green orange peel and Nordic quince botanicals.

This gin is juniper-forward with an incredibly smooth mouthfeel. On the nose, complex juniper tones lead. They are joined by a medley of citrus notes and a touch of pepper on the palate. The finish is long and delectably earthy.

How to make a Midnight Martini Cocktail

  • 50ml Junimperium Special Edition Tallinn Dry Gin
  • 25ml Midnight Martini Cocktail Syrup
  • 75ml Breckland Orchard Plum & Cherry Posh Pop
  • Lemon twist or chocolate spiderweb to garnish (optional)
  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add your gin, cocktail syrup and soda.
  3. Stir to combine, then garnish and serve.
