Salcombe Gin Start Point - The Azores Edition

All aboard! This month, we’re sailing off to Salcombe with a gin from
one of our favourite coastal distilleries. Accompanied by fabulous
flavours that will fill you with the nostalgia of summer seaside
holidays, this box is just the thing to put the wind in your sails...

Waves of smooth juniper and chamomile are beautifully balanced with bright, semi-sweet orange peel. Some bay and lime leaf in the mid-palate offer a herbal quality while a final touch of almond provides a smooth and satisfying finish.

When people think of Salcombe they tend to think of sun-soaked beaches, sapphire blue waters and boats sailing against the bracing British wind. Here at Craft Gin Club, when we think of Salcombe, we think of gorgeous gin. When we first worked with Angus and Howard we fell in love with their Start Point gin. With this edition, which marks the distillery’s 10th anniversary, we’ve fallen in love all over again.

How to make a Mojito

  • 50ml Salcombe Gin Start Point The Azores Edition
  • 25ml Mojito Cocktail Syrup
  • 100ml DASH Lime
  • Fresh lime and mint, to garnish

1. Add all the ingredients to a highball glass filled with crushed ice.

2. Give the ingredients a gentle stir to combine.

3. Garnish and serve. Enjoy!
