Craft Gin Club’s March 2023 Gin of the Month, this gorgeous craft gin from the York Gin distillery is inspired by York’s Viking past and Yorkshire’s springtime beauty. Made with heather, lavender, white rose and liquorice, it’s a remarkable expression of its home!

From Yorkshire, England, this delicious gin is brimming with juniper, white rose, heather, lavender, Szechuan pepper, ginger, coriander, dried orange peel and angelica botanicals. 

Delicious notes of heather and lavender lead on the nose, atop a rich base of juniper. On the palate, they are joined by warm liquorice and vibrant ginger tones. The finish is a mouthwatering medley of sweet orange citrus.

How to make The Rhubarb & Custard Cocktail Bundle

  • 50ml York Gin Jorvik Spring
  • 25ml Rhubarb & Custard Cocktail Syrup
  • 100ml Dalston's Rhubarb Soda
  • Rhubarb ribbon and rosemary sprig to garnish (optional)

1. Add all of the ingredients to a highball glass with ice and stir.
