Our Rum of the Month comes to you from an island city known as the ‘Venice of Quebec’, Salaberry-De-Valleyfield, a picturesque tourist hotspot with no shortage of waterside watering holes and home to La Distillerie 3 Lacs. How to make a Paloma

  • 50ml Distillerie 3 Lacs Spiced Rum
  • 25ml Paloma Cocktail Syrup
  • 100ml eauYES Pink Grapefruit Sparkling Mineral Water
  • Salt, fresh lime wheel and fresh grapefruit slice, for the rim and garnish

 

1. Add all the ingredients to a highball glass filled with crushed ice.

2. Add ice, then pour in the ingredients and give a quick stir to combine.

3. Garnish with a lime wheel and grapefruit slice before serving.
