Our 2024 August Rum of the Month combines delicious Caribbean flavours by London-based Los Olas, a distillery on the pulse of making exciting craft rums. It contains a blend of both Bajan and Jamaican rum which offers depth while maintaining a light and approachable flavour. It features hints of bright lime, orange, golden cherry and sweet vanilla to make a well-rounded sippable rum that’s infinitely mixable.

How to make a Summer Swizzle Cocktail Bundle

  • 50ml Las Olas Premium Spiced Rum
  • 25ml Summer Swizzle Cocktail Syrup
  • 100ml Heartsease Apple & Rhubarb
  • Fresh lemon slice and mint leaves, to garnish

 

 

Fill a highball glass with ice and pour in the rum, cocktail syrup and mixer. Stir gently to combine, then garnish with a slice of fresh lemon and mint leaves to serve.
