This months Rum of the Month from Still Sisters is smooth and rich, with a bit of a chocolatey flavour and sweetness to take the roughness out of the base spirit.
The cacao in this mouth-watering Rum of the Month brings a subtle sweetness as well as an earthy note, balanced with lifting citrus, aromatic allspice, warming ginger and a hint of vanilla. The result is a deeper flavour profile with plenty of complexity.
It took the pair three years to create a rum the whole team was happy with, and a product that was worthy of sitting on shelves alongside the award-winning Still Sisters gins.
Add the gin and cocktail syrup to a shaker with ice.
Pour into a martini shaped glass and top with Double Dutch Double Lemon.
Garnish with fresh apple to serve.
