Featuring juniper, wild thyme, pepper dulse, coriander, pink peppercorn, angelica root and lemon botanicals. 

Fresh green herb tones lead on the nose with a rich base of juniper. On the palate, they are met by touches of citrus and that wonderfully moreish umami of pepper dulse.

How to make the Bramble cocktail

  • 50ml Downpour Coast & Croft Gin
  • 25ml Bramble Cocktail Syrup
  • 100ml We Made Drinks Zesty Lemon
  • Blackberries to garnish
  1. Fill a rocks glass with either cubed or crushed ice.
  2. Add the rest of your ingredients and give your drink a good stir.
  3. Garnish and serve.
