This July, we’re celebrating the season of sundowners with a Gin of the Month that’s sunset in a sip! With drinks and snacks that are bursting with sunny Spanish flavours, this selection of goodies is a warm, summer evening in a box. Salud!

Sweet and juicy blood orange fills both the initial aroma and flavours of this thirst-quenching gin. Hibiscus offers a floral earthiness while a small addition of delicate rose rounds out the finish.

Since 1980, Café del Mar has been serving the best food and drink at its iconic chillout sunset bar. This gin is an homage to long nights basking in the Spanish sun – a blend of sweet but slightly tart blood orange with bright floral notes of hibiscus. Put on one of its famous playlists, pour yourself a G&T and be transported to island life.

How to make a Pina Colada

  • 50ml Café del Mar Gin
  • 25ml Piña Colada Cocktail Syrup
  • 75ml Pineapple Juice
  • Fresh pineapple slice and leaf, to garnish

1. Fill up a hurricane glass with ice and pour in your ingredients. 

2. Give a quick stir to combine

3. Garnish with a fresh pineapple slice and leaf and serve.
