Origin: Isle of Wight

Botanicals: Juniper, bergamot, grapefruit, rock samphire, grains of paradise, Boadicea hops, angelica root, rosemary, organic lemon zest, elderflower, English coriander and liquorice root.

Tasting Notes: Fresh citrus and juniper come through on the nose. On the palate, they are joined by touches of spice and a moreish herbaceousness that is utterly delicious. The finish is long and complex and elegant.

Perfect G&T: Serve with a Mediterranean tonic and garnish with fresh lemon and a sprig of rosemary.
