Origin: Kirkwall, Orkney
Botanicals: Juniper, red rose, angelica root, Ramanas rose, Aronia berry, Burnet rose, borage, rose hips, calamus root, pink pepper, cardamom, black pepper, cassia bark, orris root, cinnamon, orange peel, clove, nutmeg, coriander seed, myrrh, frankincense, milk thistle, ginger, liquorice and lemon peel.
Tasting Notes: Fragrant and warm spice notes are met by juniper on the nose. On the palate, touches of frankincense and myrrh can be found, with a flourish of floral tones leading onto the finish. Bright hints of ginger and nutmeg come through on the long, delightfully moreish finish.
