Origin: Lancashire, England

Botanicals: Juniper, raspberries, honey, vanilla, almond, lemon, orris, cinnamon, orange and angelica. These botanicals are distilled together and the resulting gin is aged for 60 days in ex-bourbon barrels.

Tasting Notes: Juniper and berry notes are joined by whisky aromas on the nose. On the palate, sweeter honey flavours come through along with vanilla and fruity berry tones. The finish is long and wonderfully sweet.

Perfect G&T: This gin is great in cocktails and is just as brilliant served simply, paired with Indian tonic water and garnished with a spring of mint and a couple of raspberries.
