Ingredients
50ml craft rum
25ml Blossom Breeze Cocktail Syrup
125ml Cawston Press Elderflower Lemonade
Apple fan, to garnish

Method
Add all the ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice and give a quick stir to combine. Garnish with slices of fresh apple and serve.
